Most of the time when I run a half marathon I take the next day off, today was a little different. Being that it was the last day of the month, I was faced with an opportunity. Get in a three mile runs, and surpass 150 miles for the month.
Even though my legs were dead I managed to get in a short run to reach this goal. Now I get to take tomorrow off as a recovery day. Woohoo!
