For those who know me, you know how much I hate running on treadmills. Like a mouse on a wheel. But, sometimes it is a necessary evil. Today was one of those days. The temperature never got above 15 degrees, and at 5:00 PM it was 10 with a 12 mph wind, and you get a windchill of -5.
So, for the second time this winter, I headed over to Planet Fitness and proceeded to be that proverbial mouse. The only thing that I haven't figured out is "What is the cheese that I'm chasing?"
Today's total - 3.96 miles / 50.22 total for the year.
